We are drafting our Strategic Plan for the farm over the next 3-5 years and need YOUR input. Our community is the heart and soul of our organization and we want to ensure that everyone has say in how we grow into the future.

Our team has outlined 3 draft strategic priorities:

Community-Belonging: We will continue to foster connections by providing access and a sense of belonging as a safe and healing place where people and plants grow.

Education & Innovation: We will cultivate, strengthen, and expand our programs on the farm and in the greater community by focusing on curriculum development and partnerships that align with our mission while embracing innovation.

Longevity: We will build the foundation for our success by pursuing site expansion, broadening our fund development capacity, strengthening internal communications, and creating a talent pipeline that reflects and uplifts the diverse community we serve.

We will be hosting virtual and in person listen sessions to review and discuss these goals. We welcome everyone to participate!
